   Brewer's yeast, in addition to being nutritious, is detoxifying and depurative, which is why it is recommended in cases of acne and for purifying treatments.

Wheat germ is rich in proteins, fats, amino acids, minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and fluorine) and vitamins (A, E, B1, B2, B3, B6).

How to use: 

   Take 4-5 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
